A Digital Reflection Experience From the World of Aunt Sarah’s Girls
Come On In. What Has Been Sitting Heavy on Your Heart?
The Sarah Method is a guided reflection and journaling experience helping women pause, communicate honestly, examine personal truths, and move toward healing, clarity, identity, and purpose.

Aunt Sarah’s Welcome
You Do Not Have to Perform in Here.
The Sarah Method begins with the belief that women need spaces where they can stop performing, stop explaining, and become honest about what they are carrying.
Aunt Sarah’s voice welcomes users without rushing, judging, lecturing, or pretending to have every answer.
The experience creates room to pause, name what feels heavy, explore what may be underneath it, and consider what truth, communication, healing, and purpose may require next.

- Come on in. I’ve been waiting for you.
- Whatever you have been carrying, you do not have to carry it in here.
- Tell me. What has been sitting heavy on your heart?
Why This Space Was Created
Some Women Have Been Carrying the Story Without Ever Having Space to Examine It.
The Sarah Method grew from the questions at the heart of Aunt Sarah’s Girls: What happens when women are expected to survive without speaking? What does silence pass from one generation to the next? What changes when someone finally tells the truth?
The platform creates a private, guided environment where women can reflect on what happened, what they learned to carry, how it shaped their identity, and what they may be ready to release, communicate, or understand differently.
Healing often begins when what has been carried silently is finally given language.
The Reflection Journey
Truth. Healing. Purpose.
Inside the application, reflection is organised around five movements. They spell her name, and they are meant to be walked at your own pace rather than completed.
- 01
Surrender
Open hands before answers. Step away from the pressure to perform long enough to set down the outcomes, the timelines, and the versions of yourself that survival built.
- 02
Acknowledge
Name what is actually there — the wound, the pattern, the silence, the anger — without shame. What can be named honestly begins to lose its hold.
- 03
Release
Consider what is ready to be let go: old offenses, old identities, and the beliefs that decided who you had to be. Release here is for your own freedom.
- 04
Align
Rebuild on what is true. Bring words, boundaries, daily rhythms, and relationships back into agreement with it — clear communication is alignment made audible.
- 05
Honor
Carry it forward. Turn what you have learned into wisdom, and consider what you want to hand down on purpose rather than by accident.
The experience is faith-centered. Each movement of the framework carries a scripture, and prayer and testimony are part of how women use the space. It is offered as an invitation, never a requirement.
Areas of Reflection
The Questions Are Personal. The Themes Are Often Shared.
- Truth
- What has been difficult to admit, say, or acknowledge?
- Identity
- Who have you been required to become, and who are you beneath those expectations?
- Family
- What patterns, beliefs, roles, and responsibilities have been passed down?
- Communication
- What remains unsaid, misunderstood, avoided, or repeatedly unresolved?
- Survival
- What helped you endure—and what may no longer be helping you live fully?
- Shame
- What have you blamed yourself for, hidden, or allowed to define your worth?
- Boundaries
- Where do responsibility, care, access, and self-respect need to be reconsidered?
- Grief
- What was lost, changed, denied, or never properly acknowledged?
- Healing
- What might honesty, support, release, forgiveness, repair, or acceptance look like?
- Purpose
- What are you being invited to understand, become, build, or carry differently?

Worth knowing before you go in
The experience is faith-centered. Each movement of the framework carries a scripture, and prayer and testimony are part of how women use the space. It is offered as an invitation, never a requirement.
There is no artificial-intelligence conversation, voice recognition, mood assessment, human coaching, or monitoring of what you write. Aunt Sarah’s words are written in advance, not generated in response to you.
The application is intended for women 18 and older.

The Sarah Method carries those themes into a private guided experience where women can consider how similar questions, patterns, silences, and truths may appear within their own lives.
Aunt Sarah’s Girls is the original literary and theatrical property. The Sarah Method is a companion digital reflection platform inspired by its themes and voice.

Trust Matters
Women Should Understand What Happens to the Truths They Enter Into a Digital Space.
The Sarah Method should communicate privacy practices clearly, avoid vague promises, and collect only the information necessary to support the experience.
Users should understand what is stored, how information is used, what controls are available, and where the limits of the platform begin.
- What stays on your device
- Journal entries, strongholds, and legacy letters are stored in your own browser on your own device. They are not sent to a server, and the team cannot read them.
- What leaves your device
- Only what you choose to send. Prayer requests, testimonies, and notes go to the Aunt Sarah’s Girls team. If you share them, your first name, email, and birthday are kept so the team can send you a note on your birthday.
- What others can see
- Nothing you write is public unless you ask for it to be shared and it is reviewed and approved first — and then only under a display name you choose.
- Removing your information
- You can ask for anything held about you to be removed by emailing the team. The address is published inside the application.
- Where the limits are
- The experience makes no claim of encryption, anonymity, or medical-privacy compliance, and it does not monitor entries for risk. Anyone who needs immediate help should reach qualified local support.
